Recently moved to the area, and of course the first thing a "dog" person does is look for a vet, or already have a Vet in mind, well yup that's what we did. a Vet is right up there with your other kid's pediatrician, so naturally you cross your fingers, take a deep, and walk in. Man....were we delighted with this clinic. The staff is courteous, and the Docs top notch ( go ahead check em'out on their website). the Vets talked to us and not "at" us. They took the time to explain the things we did not know and listened to us. When it comes to my family, I like Vets who "think outside the box", and insure they cover all the bases, in a prudent and cost effective manner. Believe me we were pleasantly surprised, I truly think you will be happy with this clinic just as my family ( Gabbie , Beau and Wei) is.
This has to be one of the best vets I have ever been to. Dr.Jamie Speed is totally awesome and the staff is as well. They are very caring and have provided my dog the very best of care since he was recently diagnosed as diabetic. I would recommemd this vet to anyone that needs a top notch vet with superior service that truly cares about your furry family member.
Update April 3rd- my original visit was 6 months ago. Over the last few months I have had to be in this practice with a very sick baby. This vet still maintains the same professional, caring and over all greatness everytime!! I highly recommend this vet!
I am very impressed with the staff and dr here. Brought my kitten in for an emergency and they made us feel comfortable and were pleasant and affordable. I think i found my new vet!
Honestly, nothing but great things to say about this animal hospital and its amazingly sensitive and caring staff. All in all, the people working there are wonderfully attentive to mine and my dog's needs. I mean they went above and beyond for us:) and I can't fully express my greatfulness for that. One of the vet techs actually pulled me aside on my last visit there when I went to drop off my pup, just to address any concerns or questions I had when going to board my dog for the weekend. I wish I would have taken the time to really sit down and speak with them prior and I truly regret that. But the absolute truth is, they really do care about the health and well being of not just mine, but all our animals. They took it upon themselves to make sure my dog had the special attention she needed when I spoke with them at the drop off the other day. And I thank you truly from the bottom of my heart for your patience, understanding and concern regarding my questions about her stay there. They really put me at ease, letting me know just how good they would be taking care of my special girl:) Josh especially, I mean what a great guy y'all have the privilege to work there with, and the animals as well! Expressing nothing but love and care for the well being of my dog. You made me feel safe knowing my special pup would be in your care. So thank you Josh. Truly. And thank you to the rest of the staff for personally pulling me aside and reassuring me that my dog would have the best experience and stay at your establishment. Any and all previous reservations I had are literally out the window now!:) I understand now just how above and beyond they will go to ensure my peace of mind, while my dog is away there with them. So again, thank you for your care and understanding with my situation. Thank you guys...:)
I am new to the area and took my two dogs for rabies etc. The staff was very relaxed, friendly and very professional. What was needed was explained to me in detail with no pressure to "up sale" but in a caring and open manner. The facility was neat and clean and the staff was helpful and very loving to my babies. I now have three cats to take. Definitely going back. They have my business for the life of my little loved ones.
